« Royaume is an invitation to explore the wildness within us and question the boundaries of our humanity. Royaume is a powerful anger transformed, plunging us into the fantastical world of dreams and immersing us in the depths of childhood.
As both support and obstacle to one another, the two dancers weave a tender and wild relationship in which power and emancipation are physically brought into play.
The textile scenography, at once landscape, womb and creature, swallows and releases the two figures: that of the child and that of the adult. Reverberating guitars and raw voices ignite the sounds of modular synthesisers, creating a joyful and untamed rock universe—a kingdom without a king. »
