A choreographic project that blurs the lines between dance and concert, suitable for performance in theaters, in the great outdoors, in medieval settings, at music festivals, and in non-traditional venues that make use of existing architecture.
In a time and space other than our own reality, a quest is underway… the quest for territories. The female knight Angel❧ey, a mystical figure, embarks on a journey to conquer herself, her territory, and the environment beyond our perceptions.
As part of TRIO DANSE, a professional platform for dance conceived and organized by La Place de la Danse, Lieu NEUFNEUF, and L’Escale – City of Tournefeuille.
A fantastical landscape unfolds. Between a physical dance performance on the fringes of a concert and a scenographic exploration of the self, the female knight and her partner, Katy, evolve, transform, merge, and blend into this dreamlike, transgender, fluid, and hybrid setting. Dark synthesizers, melancholic voices, and electronic machines will underscore the emergence of this breathless and mysterious world.
