Propos
« Aligned to face the present and/or the future, they move slowly, as if emerging from a dream or a suspended moment in time. Their hypnotic procession carries us, without warning, into a world charged with raw poetry and contemporary tensions.**
As the group sweeps across the space in an extremely slow, collective movement, everyday objects hidden beneath their clothes obey gravity, falling to the ground. They disrupt the suspended rhythm, while the floor gradually becomes littered with ordinary or absurd objects: waste, symbolic and irreverent artefacts. Each object becomes a potential turning point, a fragment of a story, a relic imbued with a strange power. Little by little, they seem to come alive, breaking free from their inertia and revealing a force that transcends those who manipulate them.
How can we reveal the fragility of this seemingly fearless human line? How can we express the idea that everything can suddenly begin to waver ? The performers are both responsible for and subject to this delicate, precarious balance. A powerful, united collective, embodying a new generation making its mark on stage. »
