"A new chapter begins. NEUFNEUF is transforming and growing: by taking over the RING – scène périphérique, NEUFNEUF gives shape to a place of support, residency, dissemination, and thereby of research and creation.
It brings together the shared philosophies cherished by both original entities, countering the closure of a cultural space and setting in motion a positive spiral within a strained cultural and political ecosystem.
Openness and emancipation — Le Lieu, an essential venue in the Toulouse metropolis dedicated to the making of the performing arts, now turns resolutely toward movement and dance, while embracing theatre, music, circus, and performance. It envisions choreography as an artistic spectrum capable of welcoming transdisciplinarity and, in doing so, serving multidisciplinarity.
Thus, this new edition of the festival is imbued with resistance and activism, asserting itself through constant dialogue and the sharing of fundamental values — essential to our ecosystem and beneficial to our society.
This year, I invite you to shift your gaze, to move within your perceptions by questioning your practices and habits, in order to welcome the unique artistic proposals that make up this 16th edition.

NEUFNEUF Production
Creation, performances, production, an application directed by an artist, for sustain the artists, for the population in a territory.
A production and distribution system oriented towards dance and movement. A project without intermediaries that puts the artist at the heart of its action, to create, show and share.
ARTISTS IN RESIDENCE ON THE TERRITORY 2024 - 2025
This season, Pauline Weidmann / Maison l'enracinéewill have a residence on the territory in Martres-Tolosane. This scheme, created by the DRAC and the Ministry of Culture, allows an artist in residence to be set up in a defined area in order to carry out work in conjunction with the inhabitants.
